FOXO4
FOXO4-DRI, a designer peptide that selectively eliminates senescent cells.

How it works
Disrupts FOXO4-p53 binding inside senescent cells, releasing p53 to trigger apoptosis specifically in those cells.
Reported benefits
- Senescent-cell clearance in aged mice
- Improved fitness, fur density, and renal function in pre-clinical models
Dosage & administration
Pre-clinical only — IV dosing in mice ~5 mg/kg every 2 days for 3 doses, repeated cycles.
Dosing information is summarised from published clinical and pre-clinical literature for research purposes only and does not constitute medical advice.
Clinical & pre-clinical evidence
Targeted apoptosis of senescent cells restores tissue homeostasis
Cell · 2017
FOXO4-DRI reversed multiple aging phenotypes in mice.
Safety & warnings
- No human safety data
- Off-target apoptosis risk theoretical
